RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our return and refund policy was updated on May 27, 2022. Thank you for shopping at VICOLO VIA MAMELI. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return policy. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You can cancel your online order within 24 hours from the purchase moment.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit declaration. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email: nicola@vicoloviamameli.com
We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will not be able to refund any shipping costs paid for your order. We will use the same means of payment that you used for your order and you will not incur any costs for this refund.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that: The goods were purchased within the last 14 days. The goods are in the original packaging.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You have the right to return your goods within 30 days without giving any reason. You must present the original receipt with the products in the original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the goods upon arrival.
As a small business we are able to issue store credit to be used within 30 days for the return date, or a refund for the entire amount. Store credits are given immediately while refunds may take up to 15 days to be issued.
THE FOLLOWING GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED
The supply of Goods packaged to your specification or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has expired. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been opened after delivery. The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. The supply of Goods that are ancient/antique. The supply of goods that have been burned or used, such as candles, soaps, lotions, creams.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods which do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
IN CASE OF ONLINE ORDER RETURN
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.
GIFTS
If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you to give to you at a later time, we will be happy to issue a refund to the gift giver.
